DJ David Guetta sells $16M Miami Beach condo, setting record

French DJ and record producer David Guetta, 56, has successfully offloaded his Florida apartment, The Post can exclusively report.

Guetta — who has sold more than 10 million albums globally — got $16 million for the Miami Beach unit in an off-market deal that closed Friday.

The abode measures 2,521 square feet, meaning the buyer paid roughly $6,300 per square foot — a new record for Miami Beach and the second-highest price paid per square foot in Miami-Dade County, according to press materials.

The Grammy-winning producer — who has worked with artists like Kelly Rowland, Shaboozey, Sia and OneRepublic, among others — purchased the 37th-floor property back in 2018, paying billionaire businessman Richard LeFrak $9.5 million for the home, which is located at the Setai Hotel and Residences.

The DJ’s home of six years features three bedrooms — two of which are primary suites — and three bathrooms, as well as motorized shades and a wrap-around balcony.

Throughout are Sonos speakers and sweeping views of both the city and the sea.

The building is 40 stories high with 22 floors of condo units and several floors of two-story residences, as well as three stories of penthouses. The homes range from under 800 to over 3,000 square feet. Within the Setai, there are a variety of amenities including three swimming pools, a landscaped resort area on the beach, gardens, a fitness center, a restaurant, and 24-hour valet parking and security.

Other currently on-the-market units at the building — located just steps from the beach — are seeking anywhere from $14.9 million to $2.1 million, and renting from $16,000 to $84,000 a month.

The deal was brokered by Eloy Carmenate, Mick Duchon and Joshua Winarick of Corcoran who brought the undisclosed buyer. Corcoran’s Michael Wiesenfeld represented Guetta.
