It’s been two long years since the Los Angeles Rams won the Super Bowl.
2022 was a disappointment — the team went 5-12 and missed the playoffs — and while their 10-7 2023 effort was an improvement, Sean McVay’s squad hopes to make some serious noise this year.
Over the offseason, the already-stacked Rams bolstered their roster signing offensive guard Jonah Jackson and tight end Colby Parkinson.
They join returning 2024 Pro Bowlers Matthew Stafford, Kyren Williams and Puka Nacua as well as standout receiver Cooper Kupp.
“I have massive expectations for this offense –especially when it’ll need to score more points to make up for a slightly worse defense after losing Aaron Donald and Raheem Morris,” CBS Sports reports.

How to watch/stream Rams games
There is no shortage of ways to watch Rams games live from the comfort of your own home this season.
You can find ‘s McVay’s mighty squad on ABC, CBS, ESPN, Fox, NBC and the NFL Network on select dates.
Through the regular season, most NFC games will be broadcast on Fox.
For specialty games, Sunday Night Football can be found on NBC along with Peacock, Monday Night Football is reserved for ESPN and Thursday Night Football streams on Amazon Prime Video.
